Juno Lighting Bulletin #1134 August 1, 2007 TO: Juno Lighting Group U.S. Distributors CC: Juno Lighting Group Sales Managers and Business Managers SUBJECT: Price Increase Announcement Inflationary pressures have not abated and continue to impact the costs of Juno Lighting Group. Due to the rising costs of aluminum, steel, copper and transportation, it is necessary to announce a price increase of 3-5% on selected products effective September 15, 2007. Efforts within our company to drive efficiency and improve manufacturing processes will continue and, although commendable progress has been made, passing on a portion of the cost increase is unavoidable. The following terms apply to the pricing changes: • Orders entered on or after September 15, 2007 will be at new prices. • All existing quotations will be honored according to original prices, terms and conditions. • All quotations issued on or after September 15, 2007 will be at new prices. • Distributor Stock Agreements with new prices will be available from your Juno Lighting Group sales representative by September 10, 2007. To expedite delivery of new pricing to you, we will send electronic files of the Distributor Net, Contractor and Retail price books in advance of the printed copies. To receive the electronic file, please send your name, company name, Juno Lighting Group account number and email address to pricelists@junolightinggroup.com.
